Sometimes I think we get so wrapped up in the daily things that cause us stress that we forget to think about all the things that give us joy. We also tend to focus on what we need to do and forget everything that we have done.
Please take a moment or two and reflect on all the things, large and small, that you have and that you have accomplished. The purpose of Thanksgiving, after all, is to give thanks. But we cannot do that if we do not identify those things for which we are thankful.
